Custom Orders - Orders that are made to customers specification and/or including different ribbon colour, pattern, sizes are not returnable. 

However if you have a problem with your order please do contact seller.

Any orders that are pre made and no colour or size is selected will have a 14 day returns policy and buyer pays returns postage.

Returns for damage or incorrect orders must be agreed by seller. Items returned without authorisation, delivery will be refused
